We recommend you apply prior to the deadline because we register students on a "first come, first served" basis. This will also give you enough time to make the necessary arrangements to come and study with us (e.g., obtain permits or visas). For International Students, we are accepting applications for the Spring 2024 intake currently.
Students from most countries can obtain a visitor visa or eTA which allowsthem to stay in Canada for up to 6 months. Students who wish to study longer than 6 months must obtain a study permit. To get official information on getting a study or work permit for Canada. For local students, no visa is required. As long as they have PR or Canadian citizenship, they can apply without any delay.
Although processing times can vary from country to country, you should allow at least 3 months to obtain your study permit. Please check the link for the processing times.
Once your application has been approved, we will send you an offer with payment instructions.
All ICCS College students must have medical insurance. We recommend students purchase private insurance to cover the first 3 months as there is a 3-month waiting period to receive a public health insurance plan (MSP). You can purchase private medical insurance through ICCS College or arrange one by yourself or through your agency.
If you are staying in Canada longer than six months, you should apply for MSP, the BC-government-run public health insurance plan as soon as you arrive in Canada. For this year, all ICCS College Diploma and Certificate programs can be taken online. Thus, no visa is required for international students if they decide to take the program online.
Minimum of 18 years old.
